• Anything can be made: necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, key chains, mirror hangers or purse charms – as long as the hardware is adaptable
• If the plate is long enough, it can make multiple items
• If you are unable to remove the actual hardware, ask your surgeon for a replica
